Totalling 111,375 square feet, this five-storey Seniors Residence is located on the old canal in Welland.

The Rennie - St. Catharines

Built in 2019 The building has 48 independent living suites which share amenities with the original building. The structure is comprised of wood stud framed walls which support a precast floor system.

Niagara Street Apts - Welland

Located in Welland, both buildings utilize parking at the basement or ground level. Between the two buildings 213 residential units were added to this bustling Welland neighbourhood.

Royal Rose - Welland

The original build consisted of a two-storey long term care
home constructed of load bearing masonry and precast slabs.

2626 Mewnburn - Niagara Falls

Tabor Manor

This 4-storey building addition was built to add to the existing Tabor Manor senior’s residence located on Scott Street in St Catharines
