Slated for completion in spring of 2026, this five-storey residential unit includes a walk out basement and 34 suites. Located in Thorold, this building combines cold formed steel stud walls and precast floor slabs. The surrounding elevations required the installation of a retaining wall around the perimeter of the parking lot. The exterior of the building is clad in masonry and EIFS.
