Currently underway with a completion date slated for Summer 2026, this three-storey wood framed building consists of 15 residential units. Nestled into a residential area, this building showcases the ability of Brouwer Construction to work in tight areas safely and efficiently. The exterior of the building will be completed with a combination of EIFS, masonry, and longboard aluminum siding panels.
