Consisting of five floors of assisted living and one floor of full time care, Royal Henley is luxury retirement living just outside of Port Dalhousie, home of the prestigious Henley Regatta rowing competition.
Residents here have access to an exercise pool, two fitness rooms, multiple areas for events, a concierge and many other amenities common to upscale condo buildings. The construction of this building was accomplished using structural steel and block for the load bearing components with pre-cast concrete planks for the floor structure.
The building exterior is clad in brick and manufactured stone with arched roof accents of steel siding and aluminum capping.
