Smithville Christian school required a new look as their existing facility was dated and required additional administrative area. In addition, the west wing addition did not tie in well due to its agricultural elevation.
The addition was primarily masonry and structural steel construction but also require extensive renovation to a number of the front admin areas. The school's operation was continuous through the construction with the exception of the
summer months requiring logistical challenges to maintain safe egress and life safety systems.
