This commercial plaza unit was the third phase of a development in Welland. Comprised of four separate units, this building utilized structural steel and open web steel joists. The building exterior was clad with a combination of EIFS, masonry, and ACM panels. The project was completed in 2025 with a construction timeline of just seven months allowing tenants to fit out their units within the expected completion date.
