At the corner of 7th Street and the QEW is Northland Floral, a flower and bouquet distributor.
Originally from Barrie with a branch in Niagara., this firm has consolidated to run their entire operation in the Niagara area. They have experience continual growth through the years and found it necessary to upgrade their facilities as their present facilities did not have the number of truck docking spaces or the space to efficiently move product from supplier to customer.

They owned an existing building that was too narrow for their purposes consequently a new pre-engineered structure was erected after a portion of the building was torn down. Some of the existing foundations could be utilized however the majority of the foundations were new. The east side of the building was exclusively loading docks c/w a nominally sloped
concrete apron to a trench drain.
