Located close to the intersection of Hwy 20 and Hwy 406. Niagara Prehung is a manufacturing facility of doors and frames, primarily for the residential housing industry. Due to the recent increase in housing and consequently demand, their 5 year
old facility needed expansion.
A pre -engineered addition was added to the west side of the building. The finished product resulted in matching coloured wall and roof profiles event though there was a change in manufacturer from the original building.
The construction also required the relocation of a fire fighting retention pond as well as drainage and grading site works.
