Our Lady of Fatima School addition 2017 1391 sq. m 15,000 sq. ft.
Due to the ever-increasing growth of the Town of Grimsby an addition to a fairly new school was needed. This addition involved 6 new classrooms on as second floor as well as a new child care center on the ground floor The addition allowed 138 more students to be accommodated and allowed the portables to be removed.
The work also included a revision and addition to the parking lot as well as the removal of the Cyberquest center.
The school addition was under construction during the school years resulting in significant coordination to maintain life safety, pedestrian and staff entrance as well as fire rated barrier between old and new.
