Unusual. This is the approach Brouwer Construction (1981) Ltd. takes towards all of its projects, whether Stipulated Sum, Construction / Project Management, or Design Build contracts. A long history in the industry has distilled all aspects of successful construction into a few simple words upon which we have and hope to continue to build our corporate future. These four hallmarks, Fairness...Honesty...Integrity, and Respect, so often missing in today's marketplace, are integral to how we operate. We encourage and expect reciprocity by all parties involved in our various construction projects.

With some three decades of experience to rely on, yet continually seeking to expand our knowledge base and construction experience, Brouwer Construction (1981) Ltd. exhibits an enduring passion in seeking to expand both its knowledge and client base in order to best be able to meet the continuing need for a qualified, efficient, cost-effective General Contractor with the hugely important hallmarks noted above.

The construction environment is one rich with challenges and opportunities. The challenges come in many forms, including governmental requirements, time constraints, weather, increasingly complicated designs and building systems. Brouwer Construction (1981) Ltd. accepts these challenges willingly and considers itself privileged to be able to serve the community through its construction expertise.
